Position Overview: As a Remote Luxury Beauty Consultant at Blossom Beauty Care, you will be an integral part of our customer experience team, providing personalized beauty advice, recommendations, and consultations to our clientele. Your role will involve interacting with high-end clients, identifying their specific skincare and beauty needs, and delivering tailored solutions through phone, video consultations, or chat. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of luxury beauty trends, skincare science, and a passion for helping others feel their best. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Client Engagement: Provide expert guidance through one-on-one remote consultations with clients to help them select the best luxury beauty products for their unique skin types, beauty preferences, and wellness goals. Product Knowledge: Stay current on luxury beauty trends, products, and ingredients. Based on thorough product knowledge and client needs, provide insightful recommendations. Customer Experience Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by consistently delivering a high level of service and creating personalized beauty routines. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally, empathetically, and promptly. Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by promoting and recommending complementary products that enhance the client’s beauty regimen. Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining client satisfaction. Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Follow up with clients after consultations to ensure their satisfaction with the products and services and provide ongoing advice and updates on new product launches or promotions.
