Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing authentic, quick, and helpful support experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of inquiries, from account management and device troubleshooting to order support and billing. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a productive work environment
- Continuously learn about arenaflex products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
- Develop yourself as a customer support representative through ongoing training and feedback, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
- Quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to react quickly and respond clearly when speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software is preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

* Hourly rate: $16 per hour

- Shifts available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm
