Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist in our Revenue Accounting team, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing fundamental accounting functions: Review accounting data, process claims, work out discrepancies, and update charges and credits.
• Exploring and resolving accounting discrepancies: Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies promptly, including communication with external contacts when necessary.
• Data entry of accounting data: Enter accounting data into our system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Alter and review daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands: Review and process daily traveler ticket and auxiliary discount demands.
• Disperse and store month-end closing reports: Disperse and store month-end closing reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the division's/organization's achievement of objectives and business targets.

All You'll Need for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Secondary School recognition or GED Equivalency: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field or comparable preparation/experience: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Aircraft/travel service accounting experience: Previous experience in aircraft or travel service accounting is an asset.

Essential Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook: Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
