Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing authentic, quick, and helpful support experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, from account management and device troubleshooting to order support and billing. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their problems
- Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment
- Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
- Learn from others and develop yourself as a customer support representative, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
- Quiet dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
- Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
- Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Hourly rate: $16 per hour
- Quarterly performance-based bonus potential
- Workplace flexibility: Choose if you want to work between our Lehi Office, or from home after graduating from training
- Company-provided laptop and equipment
- Shifts Available: Monday - Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm or Tuesday - Saturday 7 am - 3:30 pm
