Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to handle a high volume of calls and provide solutions to customer inquiries. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your specific duties will include:
- Handling inbound calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
- Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers
- Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
- Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to resolve their issues
- Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
- Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
- Transferring calls to other departments or call centers as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Work from home experience preferred
- History of great attendance
- Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
- PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
- Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
- Strong technical skills
- Must be articulate and professional
- Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous call center experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
