Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Specialist to join our team in Palo Alto, USA. As a key member of our Information and Investigation team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Venture Information Distribution center and BI stage, utilizing a range of data/BI tools to drive business growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of innovative data solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain our Venture Information Distribution center and BI stage using a range of data/BI tools

• Create ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, Wind current to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Build ad-hoc reports to help more inquisitive data clients and provide automation using Tableau
• Collaborate with key business stakeholders, IT resources to gather requirements and ensure efficient delivery of projects
• Communicate technical and business themes in a 360-degree design, as required, using written, verbal, and presentation materials
• Develop, maintain, and recommend upgrades to Applications in the area of standards, procedures, compliance, and quality assurance practices; participate in design and code walkthroughs
• Take ownership and deliver process improvements
• Stay up-to-date on relevant technologies and trends
• Focus on work that has the highest impact on the business

What You'll Bring

* 2+ years of experience in creating data pipelines using Python/Wind current

• Experience with designing DataMart, Data Warehouse, data set objects within social data sets MySQL, SQL Server, Vertica
• Strong skills in SQL and query writing
• Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure/follow through on tight deadlines
• Strong experience with creating dashboards and reports for C-level leaders
