Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and analytics. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards to support business decision-making

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Design and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain SQL and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
• Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures that support business needs
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Test Tasks

* Plan and estimate the impact of retail tests on business outcomes

• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure the effectiveness of new client recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
• Conduct driver analysis to identify the root cause of late deliveries
• Analyze differences in store and market performance to inform business decisions

You'll Have an Impact by

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that tell a story and drive business decisions

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Leading exploratory data analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis
• Automating tasks and developing processes that screen, analyze, and advise on key business metrics

* You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

• You have experience with statistical methods, such as Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, and Clustering
