Job Summary

As a Payments Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting the administration of key seller connections, analyzing financial data, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results. Key Responsibilities

* Support the administration of key seller connections, including monthly and quarterly business audits with payment card organizations

• Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Sr. Leadership, including regular payment measurements
• Perform daily reviews that may impact business performance and decisioning, and collaborate with other experts and partners as needed
• Learn, maintain, and influence automated reporting processes
• Use data visualization to demonstrate execution of business KPIs
• Help with the goal and tracking of payment card network compliance issues
• Provide project support and direction to other colleagues
• Satisfy ad-hoc demands and complete special projects
• Gain new ranges of skills as needed to support the needs of the Payments Group and the Financial Services Division

Key Liabilities

* 25% Critical Thinking/Analysis - Attempts to thoroughly understand business; recognize and execute process and hierarchical upgrades. Designs and ensures execution of financial division targets.

• Responsible for planning yearly confidential name Mastercard budget for all items and business lines
• Lead financial forecasting capability and make suitable suggestions
• 25% Foster systems that incorporate financial products and services into core businesses and new key initiatives
• Own and manage activities to ensure timely completion and best quality
• Create and execute detailed project plan/execution plans
• 25% Accumulate and analyze data for presentations to Sr. Leadership
• Provide project support and direction to other colleagues
• Review and change/endorse their project plans and decisions on a case-by-case basis
• 25% Assess financial and functional/quality consequences of new projects against predetermined objectives
• Decide if projects should be carried out, make suggestions to Sr. Leadership, and, if relevant, help with creating execution procedures

This position typically reports to Senior Director Payments or Chief Payments This position has no Immediate Reports

Travel Requirements

Normally requires occasional travel under 10% of the time

Physical Requirements

Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light articles

Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not hazardous

• A solid handle of Project Management skills and requirements gathering

• Ability to decipher complex data using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Profoundly effective communicator and moderator, using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
• Remarkable time management abilities
• Fitness and desire for continuous learning
