Job Description:

As a Full Stack Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our Last Mile operations by analyzing data and developing strategic solutions to optimize our transportation network. Your goal will be to drive business growth by improving transportation efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, transportation, and supply chain management, to ensure seamless execution of our Last Mile operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions

  • Develop and maintain complex data models to optimize transportation routes and schedules
  • Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to implement data-driven solutions and improve operational efficiency
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transportation management
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with transportation partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of Last Mile operations

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses, such as Hadoop and Hive
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience with data modeling and data visualization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree or MBA in a quantitative field

  • Experience in logistics or transportation management
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field
  • Experience with data science tools, such as machine learning and predictive analytics
