Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care, ensuring accurate and timely customs clearance, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. This is a remote data entry position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide impeccable client care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Accurately process and arrange shipments for customs clearance from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
- Handle and process different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborate with participating government organizations (PGAs)
- Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
- Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
- Collaborate with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations
- Process organization financier shipments
- May handle distant filings
- Ensure adherence to all service and operational strategies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- No prior industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (HS Certificate or GED)
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Required software skills: MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
