Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nebraska. As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch service to our dental and vision professionals and insured members. This is an inbound, call center position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
• Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and vision professionals and insured members
• Provide website navigation support and password resets to customers
• Meet area production standards and Group metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience in customer service, contact center, dental office, and/or insurance
• Ability to work overtime when required to support business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates initiative when assessing situations
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
• Knowledge of dental and vision benefits and insurance plans
• Experience working in a remote or call center environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
