What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be working as a live chat customer service agent, handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. This could include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices

Contract Length and Rate:

We offer a flexible, contract-based arrangement with no fixed term. Our competitive hourly rate is $35 per hour, and we require a minimum of 10+ hours of availability per week.

Skills and Background:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connectivity
  • 10+ hours of availability per week
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow

Hours and Location:

We're a remote work company, and we welcome applications from candidates worldwide. However, we prefer candidates from the United States. Our team members work a minimum of 10+ hours per week, and we're flexible to accommodate your schedule.
