Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Virtual Assistant & Digital Content Processing, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Copy paste: Copy and paste data from one source to another, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Typing: Perform typing tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and report writing.
  • Virtual assistance: Provide administrative support to clients, including email management, calendar organization, and data collection.
  • Excel data entry: Enter data into Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data collecting: Collect and organize data from various sources, including online research, surveys, and interviews.
  • Images to Word: Convert images to Word documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Images to Excel: Convert images to Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • PDF to Word: Convert PDF files to Word documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • PDF to Excel: Convert PDF files to Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Web research: Conduct online research to gather information and data for clients.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to gather information and data for clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
  • Clerical, secretarial, administrative support or technical program support preferred.
  • Computer operations experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
