Key Responsibilities

As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining organized filing systems for digital documents, ensuring seamless access to critical information
• Efficiently entering, updating, and managing data related to various direct marketing campaigns, utilizing your attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Providing timely communication with team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
• Preparing and coding orders for billing/invoicing using data processing reports, ensuring accurate and timely billing
• Assisting in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service
• Managing incoming phone calls with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette and a positive customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or above, with an experience in data entry/CSR a plus (fresher candidates are welcome to apply)
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook (knowledge of other MS Office programs is a plus)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, ensuring that data is accurately entered and organized
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers

Qualifications
