Business Consultant - Sales

We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Formation Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This is a client-facing, target-oriented role that involves both sales and consulting. You’ll be responsible for bringing in new clients, advising them on business setup options, and managing the full company formation process from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strong communicator and a self-starter with solid knowledge of UAE business setup practices. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and bring in clients through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups. - Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable company formation solutions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore). - Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships and provide after-sales support as needed. - Stay updated with the latest UAE regulations, compliance requirements, and market changes. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in business setup, sales, or client consulting in the UAE (preferred). - Proven track record in sales or client acquisition. - Strong knowledge of UAE business formation processes (DED, free zones, visas, etc.). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - English fluency is required; Hindi/ Tagalog or other languages are a plus. - Goal-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
