Export Delivery Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a leading organization in the global supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Export Delivery Analyst to join their team, 100% remote, reporting to Maplewood, MN. As an Export Delivery Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Operations supporting the logistics and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Job Title: Export Delivery Analyst Location: 100% Remote, Reporting to Maplewood, MN Pay Range: $35-45/HR + Benefits Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 (NO C2C) Job Function:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute international shipments via air, sea, and land, ensuring strict adherence to Incoterms and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle, from order entry and dispatch to final delivery, including last-mile completion and proof of delivery (POD).
  • Proactively monitor transportation timelines, resolve shipping issues such as delays, damages, or delivery failures, and manage shipment tracking tools to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Ensure seamless handoff of export shipments from warehouse teams to carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), including negotiating service terms and monitoring performance using KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in export operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze trends and develop strategies to mitigate delivery issues and improve performance.
