Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Teacher – Virtual Learning Environment & Data-Driven Instructional Leadership at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students. You'll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, data-driven instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners, while also collaborating with colleagues to drive school-wide initiatives and improve student outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Design and Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences: Create rich, interactive, and asynchronous learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students, using a range of tools and technologies to enhance student engagement and motivation.
- Personalize Learning for All Students: Use data-driven insights to inform instruction, differentiate learning experiences, and ensure that all students have access to challenging, relevant, and engaging learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to drive school-wide initiatives, share best practices, and improve student outcomes.
- Maintain Accurate Student Records: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records, including grades, attendance, and progress monitoring data.
- Communicate Effectively with Families: Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, responding to their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
- Support Virtual Classroom Environment: Provide technical support and guidance to students, families, and colleagues in the virtual classroom environment, ensuring that all users have a positive and productive experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain knowledge of state, national, and industry-specific learning standards, as well as emerging trends and best practices in education.
Requirements
* Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree + Active state teaching license + Ability to clear required background check
- Other Required Qualifications:
+ Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers to interpret and produce numeric, tabular, and graphic representations of student data, and use it to drive instructional decisions. + Receptive to receiving coaching regularly with administrators and teacher trainers. + Ability to adapt to change and ensure excellent student outcomes. + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. + Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms. + Ability to maintain teacher certification/professional development hours and fluency in K12 systems, programs, and curriculum.
- Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience working with the proposed age group. + Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology. + Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment. + Experience with online learning platforms.
