Job Summary

As a Tier 2 Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across various channels, including phone, ticket, and chat. Your expertise in firearms, including handguns and rifles, will be invaluable in helping customers navigate our clients' products and services. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve concerns, provide guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience. With a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work on exciting projects, this role is perfect for those who value autonomy and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide Tier 2 support to customers across phone, ticket, and chat channels

  • Utilize firearms industry knowledge to resolve customer concerns and provide guidance
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of their offerings
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
  • Multitask across multiple platforms, including phones, chats, tickets, and Amazon
  • Work closely with our clients to resolve issues and provide feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with client workflows and processes, adapting to changes as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of firearms, including handguns and rifles (gun ownership a plus)

  • Reliable and committed to a long-term project
  • Ability to quickly pick up and follow established processes
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to locate workflows and information in a knowledge base with ease
  • Experience with Zendesk (ZD) and DialPad (a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the firearms industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with MSQ security software and 2FA app
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (a plus)
  • Experience working with diverse client bases and cultures
