As a chat rep, you will be responsible for responding to live customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support through a web-based chat platform. What You'll Be Doing
As a Remote Chat Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live customer inquiries in a web-based chat platform
- Troubleshooting login problems, billing issues, or promo code concerns
- Following prewritten workflows and response templates for consistency
- Tagging, logging, and summarizing each resolved conversation
- Escalating complex issues to Tier 2 agents for resolution
- Maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all text-based interactions

Pay & Schedule Info
* Starting rate: $25/hour
- Promotion potential: $30–$35/hour after 30 shifts and positive feedback
- You'll schedule your shifts weekly – choose mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight
- The minimum commitment is 15 hours/week
Training Program Includes
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You'll receive:
- 2 hours of onboarding content
