The Role

As a Customer Care Advisor with Latvian and English language skills, you will be the face of blithequark, responding to consumer queries, providing advice and information, and working collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed support
  • Adhering to blithequark's quality standards and service level agreements
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native or at least C1 level of spoken Latvian
  • At least level B2 English language skills
  • Experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is beneficial
  • Good computer literacy, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
