What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support in the blockchain sector via chats and emails. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information
- Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicating with developers and other departments of various IT companies
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Native Portuguese and English B2 communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Personal or professional experience in crypto
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
A Great Plus
While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing
- Experience with CRM systems
