As a remote team member, you will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, engaging with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively
  • Utilizing various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements
  • Educating customers about blithequark's policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with team members and management to continually improve customer experiences and processes
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system
  • Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
