Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Support Associate with French Canadian language expertise to join our dynamic contact center team. As a customer-obsessed organization, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about providing empathetic and accurate assistance to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field a variety of inbound customer service calls and emails, providing empathetic and accurate assistance, and resolving inquiries through negotiation and education. Recognize when to leverage resources to resolve customer inquiries. Demonstrate ownership and accountability without placing blame. (50%)
  • Navigate customers through using our products, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues that surface. Identify and track customer issues and complaints to ensure transparency and improve the customer experience. (30%)
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products, and identify gaps to improve workflow and interdepartmental communication. (15%)
  • Adhere to evolving processes to maintain efficiency and achieve operational excellence. (5%)

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of call center support experience, or successful completion and fulfillment of departmental promotional criteria
  • Must be able to pass the bilingual assessment in French Canadian

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and payments landscape
  • CRM experience (Salesforce Service Cloud)

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in French Canadian language (verbal and written)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A hourly rate of $18.55 - $29.55, depending on experience and location
  • A 10% premium for hours worked between 5pm-6am and all weekend hours (given specific requirements are met)
