Key Responsibilities

The Director of Customer Strategy and Success Operations will play a critical role in shaping the operational backbone of our post-sales customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer success operations, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction
  • Designing and scaling systems, insights, tools, and processes to support the global Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless customer engagement and effective issue resolution
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational oversight to the Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices
  • Utilizing industry benchmarking information, analytical capabilities, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer success strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure a unified customer experience and maximize business outcomes
  • Developing and managing sales compensation plans, contract review, and negotiations to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Researching, developing, and deploying sales tools, technologies, and automation solutions to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Customer Success Operations function, supporting aggressive revenue growth in a technology sales environment
  • A track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Customer Success or Sales Operations, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize customer success operations
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Experience in developing and managing sales compensation plans, contract review, and negotiations, with expertise in driving revenue growth and customer retention

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is highly competitive, with a U.S. pay range of $153,600 - $319,600 annually. Additionally, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
