As an online tutor, you will engage with students aged 5 to 12 in a personalized 1-on-1 learning atmosphere. Awareness of cultural differences and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. ### Responsibilities - Conduct 30-minute one-on-one English language classes with students aged 5-12 years. - Develop customized lesson plans that align with individual learning objectives and progress. - Utilize I Kid Lion Education’s proprietary technology platform during lessons. - Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. - Communicate effectively with students’ parents regarding their progress. - Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment. ### Qualifications -
Native English Speaker:
Must hold citizenship from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand. -
Certification:
Required qualifications include TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certifications. -
Experience:
Previous experience teaching online, particularly with young learners, is essential. -
Availability:
