[Remote] AI Trainer, LLM
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Anuttacon is dedicated to creating immersive virtual worlds and is seeking AI Trainers to enhance their data team. The role involves annotating content and improving model performance to optimize the gaming experience.
Responsibilities
- Annotate content in a variety of media to support game design, such as dialogues, quests, character interactions, and scenes
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
- Support in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details
- Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics in an effort to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
- Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models
Skills
- Native or fluent in English
- Have a passion for gaming, especially those experienced in narrative games
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a flexible, dynamic environment
- Ability to follow complex guidelines and apply them consistently
- Good communication skills; able to give and receive feedback effectively
- Degree and/or experience in storytelling, creative writing, copywriting, or content development
- Degree and/or experience in media, film, video, audio, or narrative design
- Degree and/or experience in performing arts, voice work, or expressive presentation
- Degree and/or experience in marketing, communications, or audience engagement
- Degree and/or experience in psychology, philosophy, or other fields focused on human behavior and thought
- Degree and/or experience in STEM disciplines with a strong emphasis on clarity and structure
- Previous experience working with AI/ML concepts or working with data analysis, data manipulation, data reporting
