[Remote] Project Manager (Temporary)

The Project Manager I will oversee customer projects, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery within set timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a minimum 95%+ average Client Satisfaction
• Ability to move project forward and meeting original timeline expectations a minimum of 60% of the time
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members and/or customers via written and verbal communication
• Identify, assess, and manage risks and change control procedures
• Ensure project quality, schedule, budgets, and deliverables meet agreed upon expectations
• Identifies business development and “add-on” sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project or customer question and sells to customer as appropriate
• Ability to manage small to medium sized product specific contracts
• Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology and can communicate meaning effectively

• Must have strong experience with and can adopt various productivity, project, and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sales Force/Cloud Coach, and SharePoint
• Experience working cross-functionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions
• Clearly understands processes and executes with high quality
• Understanding of local government entities, organization, and practices
• Confident understanding of contracts, SOWs, and terminology therein and can communicate the meaning of said documentation effectively to internal and external customers
• 1+ years' customer service experience required
