About the Role

As the leader of Demand Generation and Channel Marketing, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing programs that fuel pipeline growth, accelerate partner-sourced revenue, and amplify ClearML’s presence across digital, field, and partner-led channels. This includes owning campaign strategy and execution, developing co-marketing initiatives with OEM and GSI partners, and aligning closely with sales to drive conversion and revenue impact. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we reach, engage, and convert our target audiences, from AI builders to enterprise IT decision makers. Responsibilities include: Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns – including advertising, email, paid media, and webinars – to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Drive keyword research and write compelling, conversion-oriented ad copy. Set up new ads in Google and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create and launch targeted campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, ad creatives, and downloadable content for both direct and channel programs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to enhance ROI and adjust strategies in real time.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecast pipeline impact, and refine tactics based on analytics and feedback.
  • Oversee seamless lead handoff and pipeline tracking through HubSpot and other CRM systems.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Lead social media strategy, day-to-day management, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Channel Marketing

  • Develop and execute channel marketing programs to increase ClearML’s brand awareness and drive partner engagement.
  • Manage and track marketing’s commitments for channel programs, such as microsites, support materials, and events (virtual and field); updating as necessary.

Field Marketing

  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry and partner events, managing sponsorships, booth design, booth staffing, logistics, and executive involvement as needed.
  • Evaluate and recommend partner events and ecosystem conferences, liaise with vendors, qualify opportunities, manage contracts, and oversee field marketing.

Website Management

  • Own and manage the website with the support of web developers and design teams, keeping content up to date, creating new web pages, landing pages, and lead capture forms to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Partner with web developers to manage and maintain the website backend and oversee updates and optimizations to ensure high performance, security, and uptime.
  • Implement SEO/AEO best practices to drive visibility, lead generation, and engagement from both traditional search and GenAI platforms.

About You

  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Experience with HubSpot and ability to quickly learn how to use other tools (Brevo, Sendgrid, Apollo, etc.)
  • Strong background in data analysis, campaign measurement, and use of analytics tools (Google Analytics) to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of funnel metrics, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration tactics.
  • Hands-on experience with digital acquisition channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube), SEO, AI SEO, paid social media such as LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the key players in the AI ecosystem and the fundamentals of developing AI (building blocks, process, terminology, pitfalls).
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude and a strong collaboration mindset to capitalize on the commercial opportunities presented in our fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm for driving projects forward while being comfortable with the ambiguity of working in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Committed to a shared team vision and passionate about delivering results as part of a growing startup.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with diverse teams and communicate openly, valuing the input of others.
  • Direct experience working at a startup during its hypergrowth phase, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in scaling teams, operations, and products during rapid growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years of B2B experience
  • You are coming from an engineering-led organization with product for engineers or within the AI space
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
