As our Senior Customer & Market Insight Analyst, you won't just be analyzing data—you'll be the critical link connecting customer sentiment, market shifts, and product innovation to drive ActiveCampaign's strategy. Operating at the intersection of competitive intelligence, emerging AI technologies, and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback, your mission will be to turn thousands of data points into clear, actionable insights that inform decisions at the highest levels of Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience. This role is about shaping how ActiveCampaign listens, learns, and acts, directly contributing to the evolution of Active Intelligence as we transform how businesses connect and grow.On a typical day, you might:

  • Maintain a real-time, comprehensive understanding of the marketing, CX, and broader AI technology landscape, tracking direct competitors and adjacent innovators
  • Analyze emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI, automation, and data-driven engagement, to anticipate impacts on customer expectations and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy to connect external market signals to internal decisions on product positioning, pricing, and roadmap direction
  • Own end-to-end reporting and analysis of customer sentiment across NPS, CSAT, surveys, reviews, interviews, and community feedback channels
  • Produce quarterly "Voice of the Market & Customer" reports, integrating sentiment analytics, competitive insights, and forward-looking recommendations for executive audiences
  • Identify leading indicators of churn, expansion, and advocacy by tracking sentiment and behavioral trends, highlighting how AI usage correlates with key customer outcomes
  • Integrate data across platforms like Enterpret, Clozd, and Gainsight to create a unified view of the customer and market for continuous strategic reporting.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in customer insights, market intelligence, or strategy analysis, ideally within a SaaS or marketing technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of customer sentiment measurement (NPS, CSAT, review data) and various market research methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI and emerging tech trends in the marketing, data, or automation industries
  • Proficiency in data insights (using Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Enterpret, Clozd, Qualtrics, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication, data storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

$108,000 - $148,500 a yearCompensation details listed in this posting reflect the base rate only and do not include bonus, equity, sales incentives or other role specific compensation that the role may be eligible for.
