Digital Marketing Manager for B2B SaaS, Three Month Contract, 3 Days per Week ABOUT SCALEXP ScaleXP is the intelligent finance platform built for modern finance teams, CEOs and leadership teams across high growth companies. Leaders use ScaleXP to turn complexity into clarity. It gives CEOs, finance teams and boards the confidence to make faster decisions, backed by accurate, unified, always live data. Increasing visibility of these AI capabilities, and the clarity and confidence they deliver, is central to this role. ABOUT THE ROLE We are hiring an experienced digital marketing manager with a strong B2B SaaS background. This is a three month contract with a pathway to a permanent role for the right candidate. The role is remote and paid via a fixed monthly fee. You will work within a structured two week sprint rhythm. Your work must reflect our core message: AI powered clarity that gives leaders confidence in every decision. You will run multi channel acquisition, optimise funnels, deliver CRO experiments, enhance SEO performance and bring our positioning to life across campaigns and content. This suits a marketer who can deliver at pace, understands the SaaS buyer journey and can translate complex AI and finance concepts into clear, compelling messages. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation 1. Run LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta campaigns aimed at finance teams, CEOs and SaaS leaders 2. Build funnels that showcase ScaleXP’s live clarity, instant answers and growth intelligence 3. Manage budgets and improve cost per lead with structured testing 4. Create audience segments for automation minded finance teams and data driven CEOs CRO and Journey Optimisation 1. Analyse user behaviour using Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or similar 2. Design and run end to end CRO experiments using VWO, Convert or similar 3. Improve conversion across demo requests, trial signups and pricing exploration 4. Identify friction across the full journey and propose tested solutions that support fast, confident decisions Website and Technical SEO 1. Update and maintain the website using WordPress 2. Deliver technical SEO improvements including speed, indexing, schema and internal structures 3. Conduct keyword research focused on SaaS metrics, finance automation, real time performance reporting and AI powered accounting 4. Map content to the five core messages: real time clarity, automated finance intelligence, instant answers, growth intelligence and confidence 5. Improve ranking and visibility across product and category keywords in both traditional search & AI Powered search. Analytics and Reporting 1. Build KPI frameworks for paid, organic and conversion performance 2. Track performance using GA4 and Hubspot 3. Provide insight driven reports at sprint reviews with clear recommendations 4. Support sales with visibility on MQL quality and SQL conversion patterns REQUIREMENTS Essential 1. Minimum three years in B2B digital marketing 2. Strong results across LinkedIn, Google Ads and Meta Ads 3. Full CRO capability including experiment design and A/B testing 4. Experience with Hotjar or Clarity and CRO tools such as VWO 5. Technical SEO experience including indexing, site performance, schema and on page optimisation 6. Strong GA4 capability and comfort with data analysis 7. Excellent written English Desirable

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience in fast paced or scale up SaaS environments
  • Experience marketing AI or automation platforms

CONTRACT DETAILS Three Month Contract

  • Three day week: £1,800 to £2,400 per month depending on experience

Performance Bonus Up to 15 percent monthly bonus for exceeding agreed lead and conversion targets. Working Hours

  • Fully remote
  • Three to four day week
  • At least four hours overlap with UK business hours
  • Start within two to four weeks

PERMANENT PATHWAY A permanent role may be offered following successful contract delivery. Visa sponsorship may be available for candidates who meet Skilled Worker criteria. HOW TO APPLY Please include:
