The Organization Our client is a Family Office that serves the philanthropic, personal, financial/accounting, tax, investment, fiduciary, and administrative interests of a family and their related entities. The Opportunity The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects of various complexity and breadth, have impeccable attention to detail, solid judgment, and will react with an appropriate level of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. They must also enjoy researching and solving problems with a happy attitude. This is the perfect position for a self-motivated, wise, intuitive individual who can coordinate and prioritize multiple demands. It is essential that the candidate possess a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

Managing databases, processes and systems Handling complicated purchasing and shipping projects Managing calendars and scheduling Assisting multiple team members with various projects simultaneously Acting as liaison between the office and outside vendors Researching and synthesizing myriad topics; presenting findings at meetings and through email Assisting with travel and event planning Filing, organizing and tracking project-related paperwork and documents Tracking and submitting vendor invoices Running errands and coordinating couriers/packages Other duties as required

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years office environment experience Excellent verbal and written skills, including editing and proofreading Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Skilled at prioritizing and completing competing tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining a get-it-done attitude and a sense of humor Straightforward, confident yet diplomatic communication style Self-motivated, proactive and assertive Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail Works well autonomously and also within multiple teams Thrives in an environment where direction can change quickly, and stays calm under deadline A high level of maturity, self-confidence and exceptional intuition and judgment An effective and proactive problem-solver, analyzing all situations thoroughly in order to anticipate problems before they arise Willingness to travel and work weekends/evenings as needed Current driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle Successful completion of thorough background investigation and reference check Location: Seattle, WA Type: Hybrid Onsite and WFH Flexible Schedule Duration: FTE Compensation: The pay range for the role is $100,000 to $130,000. We aim to hire new employees between $100,000 to $115,000 allowing future compensation growth within the range based on aptitude in the role and context, and progress and performance against goals over time.
