Operations Manager - Global Digital Marketing Company

We connect skilled Virtual Marketing Assistants (“Doers”) with busy founders, helping them scale their businesses with ease. We’re now expanding our internal marketing capability, and we need a dynamic, experienced leader to manage six team leaders and a total of 50+ specialists across web, design, AI, funnel building, and content creation.

About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across the businesses expert in house team. You’ll manage a large, diverse remote team and ensure that every project, from website launches to funnel builds, is delivered on time and to the highest standard for our Founders. You will be the central link between leadership and delivery, ensuring our marketing machine runs efficiently, effectively, and at scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects across multiple channels: website, funnels, AI, social, course portals, and creative design.
• Manage a large team of 50+ offshore marketing professionals, ensuring quality, accountability, and on time execution.
• Oversee project timelines, task prioritisation, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using project management tool ClickUp.
• Ensure quality control across all deliverables, from creative to technical execution.
• Implement and maintain systems that improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
• Collaborate with the department leads to forecast workloads, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Provide leadership and coaching to drive a culture of accountability, communication, and excellence within your team.
• Report regularly to the Head of Operations on progress, team performance, and project outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Proven experience managing large, remote teams
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns on time and within scope.
• Strong understanding of web development, marketing funnels, creative design workflows, and digital marketing best practices.
• Expertise in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
• Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience in AI, automation, or data-driven marketing workflows.
• Exposure to cross-functional agency operations or scaling creative teams.
