What We Do Join our team to assist families who have actively sought our services through our efficient lead system. We are looking to hire and train new Life Insurance Agents who are coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn. You'll work with some of the industry’s top professionals, gaining valuable expertise and achieving your full potential. Our industry has proven to be resilient during economic downturns and the pandemic. We've adapted to a virtual setting, eliminating the need for in-home appointments or meetings. How We Do It We provide warm leads from individuals who have requested help in protecting their families. Our top-tier lead system ensures you have the contacts needed to succeed.

Compensation

Structure

  • 1099 role - 100% Commission
  • Commission rates range from 80% to 130% Annual Premium Value (APV), plus bonuses and equity ownership potential.
  • Permanent commission rate promotions with no criteria to maintain.
  • Earn commission on your sales and overrides on your agency’s policies.
  • Commissions paid 75% upon issuance and 25% in months 10, 11, and 12.
  • Chargebacks only apply in the first year of the policy.
  • Path to legal ownership at the 105% contract level with 6 writers.
  • NO Quotas
  • New, average part-time agents earn $3,000-$5,000 per month for 15-20 hours of work (~6 policies), equating to approximately $70,000 per year.
  • Full-time agents earn $15K-$17K per month (15-20 placed policies), equating to $150,000-$200,000 per year.
  • Passive agency income is additional to personal production averages.
  • Brokerage and carrier-sponsored bonuses and reward trips.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have clear personal and professional goals and are seeking an industry-leading company and mentor for support. Ideal applicants are self-motivated, possess strong leadership skills, have a customer service attitude, integrity, a desire for professional development, exceptional people skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also being a team player
  • No prior insurance industry experience or underwriting knowledge required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current Life, Health, and Accident state license is a plus, but not required
  • No degree required
  • A positive, growth-oriented mindset
  • A commitment to doing the right thing, even when no one is looking
  • A strong work ethic and a desire to help others
