Key Responsibilities

Manage pre and post-award contract activities, including maintaining contractual opportunities and assisting in the formulation of contract policies, procedures, and performance standards. Participate in and oversee team review of customer contractual and purchase documents, coordinate legal activities for contract/agreement negotiation, and support the bid process. Maintain contract records/files and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Develop and implement tools and automation in contracting operations to increase efficiency and sales productivity. Support the sales team in educating government contracting officers on AWS cloud services and advising them on the AWS cloud contracting model. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure contract compliance. Essential Qualifications 6+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 6+ years of contracts management experience with US Government Contracts, with a focus on Federal contracting (FAR/DFAR). 5+ years of experience managing IDIQ type contracts. Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with FAR, DFAR, all government contract types, UCC, commercial contracts, and cradle-to-grave process. Experience reviewing and negotiating legal terms of enterprise technology commercial contracts. Demonstrated sound judgment, even in ambiguous situations. Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with SharePoint and SalesForce. Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role.
