As a Senior API Developer, you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs that power our cutting-edge solutions. You'll work closely with our engine that drives experience design and engineering capabilities, delivering strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that drive insights and value for our clients. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs that meet our clients' needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop API solutions that drive business outcomes Ensure API security and compliance with industry standards, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API keys Optimize API performance using techniques such as caching, load balancing, and reducing response times Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to deploy and manage APIs in cloud environments Develop and maintain API documentation using tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Troubleshoot and debug production issues, applying fixes quickly to minimize downtime Collaborate with QA teams to develop automated testing frameworks and API testing tools Essential Qualifications Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js Experience with API frameworks like Spring Boot, Express, or Flask Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying APIs in cloud environments Expertise in securing APIs using authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API keys Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and how to interact with them via APIs Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with branching, merging, and versioning practices Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with GraphQL or other API paradigms Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee, AWS API Gateway)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
