Job Description

La risorsa si occuperà dei rapporti commerciali con i clienti per la divisione Companion Animals per i canali distributivi della Farmacia, Pet shop e Mass Market con l’obiettivo di gestire le trattative di negoziazione, la fidelizzazione dei clienti con il fine di rendere il rapporto commerciale proficuo e duraturo in linea con le strategie e i valori aziendali. Principali aree di responsabilità:

  • Gestione e sviluppo delle relazioni strategiche con i principali clienti del settore OTC appartenenti alle categorie di Pet Shops, Farmacie, Piattaforme Online e Grande Distribuzione;
  • Gestione delle strategie e degli accordi commerciali sui Key Accounts;
  • Supporto al Sales Manager per lo sviluppo delle strategie Commerciali e Gestionali;
  • Analisi dei dati di vendita del territorio (sell-in e sell-out) attraverso i diversi strumenti aziendali per approcciarsi in modo strategico all’attività lavorativa;
  • Conoscenza del territorio di competenza in ambito commerciale, al fine di conoscere i processi di acquisto dei KA assegnati;
  • Sviluppo delle relazioni commerciali, redigendo gli account plan annuali per ciascuno dei principali clienti presenti sul territorio nel rispetto dei budget assegnati;
  • Assicura la corretta ed efficace applicazione delle strategie di marketing nei KA, supporta gli agenti per la parte tecnica con i clienti , garantisce feedback alle funzioni di sede sull'efficacia dei mezzi e delle iniziative sviluppate;
  • Garantisce il rispetto della compliance (Procedure e Policy Aziendali, Regolamenti AISA, normativa italiana/europea…);
  • Sviluppa una partnership con distributori, altri different stakeholders e KA, assicurando una corretta mappatura del territorio ed aggiungendo dettagliatamente nel CRM (MAXX) tutti i clienti presenti nell’area di competenza, seguendo le linee guida fornite dal dipartimento di Business Support concordate con la BU;
  • REQUISITI PROFESSIONALI
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali in aziende del settore farmaceutico veterinario o del food & nutrition per animali da compagnia;
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione e di negoziazione;
  • Ottime capacità nella gestione dei rapporti interpersonali, sia esterni che interni;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e verso l’applicazione pratica delle tecnica di vendita;
  • Disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all’Estero;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;
  • Competenze informatiche (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Conoscenza base di marketing/contabilità/produzione/logistica
  • Patente di guida cat. B.
