Employer Industry: Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Why consider this job opportunity: - Base pay plus monthly performance bonuses averaging $100-$400+ a month ($1,200-$4,800+ annually) - Base salary ranges from $37,440 to $41,600 depending on experience - Family-owned business that values employee contributions and fosters a supportive environment - Work from home opportunity or in the Aurora office location - Stable work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekends or overtime - Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Handle inbound and outbound calls, averaging 60-100 calls per day - Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with understanding medical bills and payment plans - Use internal software to document calls and follow-ups accurately - Collaborate virtually with teammates to support and help fellow representatives - Participate in ongoing training and receive feedback for continuous improvement What is Required (Qualifications): - Must have a high school diploma or equivalent - Minimum network speeds of 50 mbps download and 15 mbps upload - Previous call center experience is preferred - Demonstrated history of good retention in previous roles - Basic technical skills with the ability to learn multiple software programs in a fast-paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in healthcare billing is preferred - Prior work-from-home experience is preferred - Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records and payment portals is advantageous #HealthcareBilling #CustomerService #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #EmployeeAppreciation "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
