Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing accounting tasks, communicating with clients, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional results. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark.

Key Responsibilities

* Process accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Timesheet and Expense processing, and account reconciliations

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure timely deliverables and address any concerns or issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain internal and client-facing documentation, user guides, and templates
  • Adaptable to learn new skills and modules as directed by the Manager
  • Meet or exceed the required billable utilization requirements as directed by the Manager
  • Record time worked daily
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of accounting functions and automated accounting systems
  • Organize and execute assigned activities as directed by the Project Team, Senior or Principal Business Application Consultant

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience as an accounting specialist or equivalent position

  • Highly motivated and self-directed work ethic
  • Aptitude in creative problem-solving
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends if required
  • The job is remote and may require some travel

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience with automated accounting systems

  • AS/AA in business administration or relevant field preferred, although years of experience will be considered in lieu of Associate’s degree
  • Ability to become certified within 1 year of employment dependent upon the assigned role
