Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Insurance Agency Team Member, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
  • Processing insurance claims and following up with clients to ensure timely resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborating with other agency team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
  • Anticipating the needs of our clients and proactively offering solutions to meet their evolving needs

Essential Qualifications
