Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
• Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the best possible experience
• Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensuring that customers enjoy authentic and personalized experiences that meet their unique needs
• Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing situations
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• A passion for helping others and a patient and empathetic nature
• Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus, especially for higher pay rates.
