As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Document the delivery flow of packages into our tracking system
  • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
  • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders

  • Ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
