We’re looking for a Home-Based Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Associate to support our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, who can manage daily accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accounts Payable:
  • Matching transactions daily in QuickBooks
  • Enter incoming vendor bills and match them to client projects
  • Processing payables using the company Visa, as well as using Plooto for direct deposit payments
  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Creating invoices for clients in Salesforce (links to QuickBooks).
  • Create estimates (done within QuickBooks)
  • Maintain the commission's report log while invoicing (needs knowledge of Excel)
  • Manage past due invoice follow-ups directly with clients
  • Manage higher-level accounting functions, such as monthly bank reconciliations and regular margin reviews.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, with strong AP/AR experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Work Schedule: Must be available to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledgeable in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks Online.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Salary Range: PHP 40,000 – 43,000
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Industry: Promotional
  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)
  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
