Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Policy Support and Customer Experience

As a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual, you'll join our VUE (blithequark Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. Your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries. This is not a call center job! You'll be an integral part of an insurance agency that handles complex customer issues and provides expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License

  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress/composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

* High School Diploma

  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
  • Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
