Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving our marketing and sales efforts forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client's overall marketing and development goals
  • Conducting competition analysis to maintain a cutting-edge position and ensure our clients are providing the best options for their potential new customers
  • Assisting with daily sales duties and reporting final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
  • Developing and managing comprehensive marketing and/or sales approaches to potential new clients
  • Presenting recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and develop a better consumer experience
  • Coordinating with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau
  • Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
