What you will be doing!

As a Part-Time Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring a seamless check-in and ticketing experience
  • Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
  • Loading, unloading and sorting freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while achieving on-time departures and arrivals
  • Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth airport operations

Requirements:

* Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds

  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role
  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship
