What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and empathetic manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolutions for customers' issues
- Collaborating with customers to find solutions and resolve complex problems
- Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
- A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
