Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining live chat best practices: Utilize clear, correct writing and professional language to respond to every customer query, making sure customers feel valued and followed up with post-chat.

Essential Qualifications
