Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative and Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing data entry tasks, and supporting our data entry function. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work from home. Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks in EMR, including preparing information for data entry and ensuring timely data entry and file management

  • Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing high-volume data entry work and completing clerical functions or data entry jobs
  • Operate data entry devices to perform a range of keypunching data entry and verification tasks
  • Review and confirm data before entry, and perform daily audits and data entry adjustments
  • Train new data entry employees on computer systems and ensure data entry requirements are met by following data program strategies
  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and established protocols for every client
  • Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and deleting data entry mistakes and getting in corrections

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or formal education not necessary

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data entry software and computer systems
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and computer or laptop required

* Previous experience in customer service or data entry roles

  • Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience working with clients or customers in a remote setting
