Job Summary

As a Customer Service Sales Representative – Life Insurance Benefits Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our client base, while also generating new business and cultivating relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients

  • Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
  • Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our client base
  • Generate new business and cultivate relationships with existing clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide valuable advice and services to clients

Essential Qualifications

* Laptop or computer with camera is required

  • Possession of an insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Basic computer literacy is essential
  • Must reside in the United States

* Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
