Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Personal Assistant to join our team. As a Part-Time Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, and handling various tasks related to our business operations. This is a flexible part-time opportunity that allows you to work from home or a preferred workspace, with a typical schedule of 3-6 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate records and databases

  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure timely reminders and notifications
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team members and clients
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
